The Harpenden Youth Concert Band is our more senior group aimed at slightly more advanced young musicians. The suggested level to join HYCB is approximately grade 3 though no grades need to have be taken.
HYCB rehearses from 10.00-11.00 on Saturday mornings and works on a wide range of repertoire from film and pop music to folk songs and contemporary wind band classics. This term's music includes: "Irish Folk Song Suite", "How To Train Your Dragon", "Somewhere in My Memory", "Into the Unknown" and some more traditional Christmas carols.
